When do i take probiotics?

Some people come to me and i tell them to take probiotics, they exclaim: "I've been taking them for weeks!" Inquiring as to when they are taken, it is usually at the wrong time which means their effect is lessened or negated all together.
The best time to take probiotics is first thing in the morning. This will be your most powerful dose. If you need to take them more often, always take them before food.
You need an empty stomach for best absorption.
Then you only need to wait 5 to 10 mins before eating
